よみツレ プライバシーポリシー
よみツレ（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 開発者による情報収集
本アプリは、読み込んだ文章・PDF・音声ファイル、OCRで生成したテキスト、読書記録、再生位置、設定情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。広告配信、アクセス解析、広告識別子を利用したトラッキング機能は組み込んでいません。本アプリ独自のアカウント登録は不要です。
2. 文章・PDF・音声の処理
文章の読み上げにはApple標準の音声機能を使用し、PDFの文字認識（OCR）にはAppleのVisionフレームワークを使用します。これらの処理と、読み込んだ音声ファイルの再生は、利用者の端末内で行います。読み上げやOCRのために、文章・PDF・音声ファイルを開発者やクラウド処理サービスへアップロードすることはありません。
iCloud Driveなどのファイル提供サービスからファイルを開く場合は、そのサービスによるダウンロードや同期が発生することがあります。Apple標準音声の追加ダウンロード等にはAppleのサービスが利用されます。これらには各サービスの設定・規約・プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
3. 端末内に保存する情報
本アプリは、機能の提供と次回利用時の復元のため、次の情報を端末内に保存します。
- 最近開いた文書のファイル名、参照先、アクセス権を維持する情報、最終利用日時、読み上げ位置
- 登録したフォルダーの名前と参照情報
- PDFから生成したテキスト、元PDFの名前、変換ページ・範囲・書字方向などの設定、生成日時等
- アプリ内にコピーした音声ファイル・音声付きEPUB、その本文と同期情報、再生位置
- 日別の読み上げ時間・音声ファイル再生時間などの読書記録
- 音声、速度、スリープタイマー、表示などの設定
これらは開発者へ自動送信されません。端末内のアプリデータは、利用者の端末設定に応じて、OSのバックアップや端末移行の対象になる場合があります。
アプリのフォルダーと体験サンプル
「ファイル」アプリの「このiPhone内」または「このiPad内」にある「よみツレ」（Yomi-Tsure）フォルダーには、利用者が保存した文書や、初回に配置する説明書・音声付き体験サンプルが含まれます。説明書とサンプルはアプリに同梱したファイルから配置し、この配置のために利用者の情報を外部へ送信しません。
アプリの言語に応じて日本語または英語のサンプルを配置します。削除したサンプルは通常の再起動では再配置せず、設定の「サンプルを復元」から戻せます。復元では同じ名前の既存ファイルを上書きしません。「ファイル」アプリで共有や移動を行う場合は、利用者が指定した共有先・保存先の取り扱いもご確認ください。
4. アプリ内購入
本アプリは、買い切り型の「よみツレ Pro」を提供します。商品情報の取得、購入、復元、購入権利の確認にはAppleのApp StoreとStoreKitを利用します。本アプリは検証済みの購入権利に基づいてPro機能を有効にします。
開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。Appleによる情報の取り扱いは、Appleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
5. 外部ページとお問い合わせ
サポートページ、App Storeなどの外部ページを開く場合は、アクセス先のサービスとブラウザーの規約・プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。本アプリに広告・解析機能がないことと、当サイトを含む外部ウェブサイトの運用は別です。
お問い合わせ時に利用者が提供する氏名、メールアドレス、問い合わせ内容、任意の添付情報等は、回答と問題調査のために取り扱います。当サイトでの情報の取り扱いは、当サイトのプライバシーポリシーに従います。個人情報や機密情報を含む文書・音声・画像は、必要がない限り送付しないでください。
6. 第三者への提供
開発者は、本アプリから文書・音声・読書記録・設定情報を取得して、第三者へ販売・貸与することはありません。Apple、ファイル提供サービス、外部ウェブサイトでの情報の取り扱いは、各提供者のポリシーに従います。
7. 保存情報の削除
最近開いた文書の履歴は、履歴メニューの「履歴を消去」から消去できます。履歴の消去によって元の文書は削除されません。PDFから生成したテキストは、履歴メニューの「PDFから生成したテキスト」から削除でき、元のPDFは変更されません。読書記録は、設定の「読書記録をすべて削除」から削除できます。
設定やアプリ内にコピーした音声ファイルなど、アプリ内に保存されたデータ全体を削除する場合は、OSの設定から本アプリを削除してください。「Appを取り除く」はデータを保持するため、データも削除する場合は「Appを削除」を選んでください。外部の元ファイルや既存のバックアップは別途管理が必要です。アプリの削除によってProの購入履歴が削除されることはありません。
8. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリには、年齢にかかわらず、利用者の個人情報を開発者へ自動送信する機能はありません。購入や外部サービスには、各提供者の利用条件が適用されます。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
アプリの機能や情報の取り扱いの変更等に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更はこのページでお知らせします。

Yomi-Tsure Privacy Policy
Yomi-Tsure (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.
1. Information Collected by the Developer
The App does not send imported text, PDFs, audio files, OCR-generated text, reading activity, playback positions, or settings to the developer’s servers. It has no integrated advertising, analytics, or advertising-identifier tracking. No separate App account is required.
2. Text, PDF, and Audio Processing
The App uses Apple’s system speech features for text-to-speech and Apple’s Vision framework for PDF text recognition (OCR). These operations and playback of imported audio files take place on your device. Text, PDFs, and audio files are not uploaded to the developer or a cloud processing service for speech or OCR.
Opening files from a provider such as iCloud Drive may involve downloading or synchronizing files through that service. Downloading additional system voices uses Apple’s services. Each service’s settings, terms, and privacy policy apply.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
To provide its features and restore your previous session, the App stores the following locally:
- Recent document names, file references, access information, last-opened dates, and reading positions
- Registered folder names and references
- Text generated from PDFs, source PDF names, conversion settings such as pages, crop area and writing direction, and creation dates
- Copies of imported audio files and audio EPUBs, their text and synchronization information, and playback positions
- Reading activity, including daily time spent listening to text and audio files
- Voice, speed, sleep timer, appearance, and other preferences
This information is not automatically sent to the developer. Depending on your device settings, local app data may be included in operating system backups or device transfers.
App Folder and Bundled Samples
The Yomi-Tsure folder under On My iPhone or On My iPad in Files contains documents you save there and the getting-started guide and audio EPUB sample installed on first use. The guide and sample are copied from bundled app resources; installing them does not send your information off the device.
Japanese or English samples are installed according to the App’s language. Deleted samples are not recreated on normal relaunch. You can restore them using Restore Samples in Settings without overwriting existing files with the same names. When sharing or moving files in Files, review the practices of your chosen destination or service.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time Yomi-Tsure Pro purchase. It uses Apple’s App Store and StoreKit for product information, purchases, restoration, and entitlement verification. Pro features are enabled using verified purchase entitlements.
The developer does not receive or store payment card details. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for Apple’s data practices.
5. External Pages and Support Requests
When you open external pages, including support pages and the App Store, the destination service’s and browser’s applicable terms and privacy policies apply. The absence of advertising and analytics in the App is separate from the operation of external websites, including our website.
Information you provide when contacting us, such as your name, email address, message, and optional attachments, is handled to respond and investigate your request under our website’s Privacy Policy. Avoid sending documents, audio, or images containing personal or confidential information unless needed.
6. Sharing with Third Parties
The developer does not obtain documents, audio, reading activity, or settings from the App for sale or rental to third parties. Apple, file providers, and external websites handle information under their own policies.
7. Deleting Stored Information
Clear recent document history using the clear-history option in the history menu. This does not delete source documents. Delete OCR-generated text from the PDF-generated text list in the history menu; source PDFs remain unchanged. Delete reading activity using the delete-all-reading-activity option in Settings.
To remove all locally stored app data, including preferences and copied audio files, delete the App through your device’s settings. Choose Delete App rather than Offload App, which retains data. External source files and existing backups must be managed separately. Deleting the App does not remove your Pro purchase history.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App does not automatically send personal information to the developer, regardless of the user’s age. Purchases and external services are subject to their providers’ terms.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised as the App’s features or data practices change. Material changes will be announced on this page.
