PDF見開き分割（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリおよび開発者は、個人情報、利用状況、端末情報、位置情報、閲覧履歴、広告識別子その他の利用者データを収集しません。
本アプリには、広告、アクセス解析、トラッキングおよび開発者が運営する外部サーバーへのデータ送信機能はありません。
2. PDFファイルの取り扱い
利用者が選択したPDFファイルは、分割、トリムおよび書き出しのために利用者のMac上でのみ処理されます。PDFファイルおよびその内容が、開発者または第三者のサーバーへアップロード、送信または共有されることはありません。
本アプリは元のPDFファイルを変更しません。書き出したPDFは、利用者が指定した保存先へ保存されます。
3. 編集情報の保存
分割位置、トリム範囲、ページ設定など、作業の再開に必要な編集情報は、利用者のMac内のApplication Support領域に保存されます。PDF本体はこの領域へ保存されません。
保存した編集情報は、本アプリの「設定」から利用者自身で削除できます。本アプリを削除した場合、macOSの動作によって関連データが端末内に残ることがあります。
4. アプリ内購入
本アプリは、全ページ書き出しを解放する買い切り型のアプリ内購入を提供します。購入処理、決済情報および購入履歴はAppleのApp StoreとStoreKitによって管理されます。開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得または保存することはありません。

5. 第三者への提供
本アプリおよび開発者は利用者データを収集しないため、利用者データを第三者へ販売、貸与または提供することはありません。
6. データの保持と削除
開発者のサーバーに利用者データが保存されることはありません。Mac内に保存された編集情報は、本アプリの「設定」からいつでも削除できます。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、年齢にかかわらず個人情報を収集しません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能または法令上の要件が変更された場合、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、このページ上でお知らせします。

PDF Spread Splitter Privacy Policy
PDF Spread Splitter (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled by the App.
1. Information We Collect
The App and its developer do not collect personal information, usage data, device information, location data, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or other user data.
The App contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, or functionality that sends data to servers operated by the developer.
2. PDF File Processing
PDF files selected by the user are processed only on the user’s Mac for splitting, trimming, and export. PDF files and their contents are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with the developer or third-party servers.
The App does not modify the original PDF. Exported PDFs are saved only to a location selected by the user.
3. Saved Edit Data
Edit data required to resume work—including split positions, trim areas, and page settings—is stored in the Application Support area on the user’s Mac. The PDF itself is not stored there.
Users can delete saved edit data at any time from Settings in the App. After the App is removed, related data may remain on the device depending on macOS behavior.
4. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks Full PDF Export. Purchase processing, payment information, and purchase history are managed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not receive or store payment card details.

5. Sharing with Third Parties
Because the App and its developer do not collect user data, user data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
No user data is stored on servers operated by the developer. Saved edit data stored on the Mac can be deleted at any time from Settings in the App.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App does not collect personal information from users of any age.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated if the App’s functionality or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced on this page.
