エンジニアラボ（以下「開発者」）は、macOSアプリ「PDF縦横OCR」における情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
PDFとOCR結果の取り扱い
PDFの読み取りとOCR処理は、ユーザーのMac上で行われます。PDFの内容および抽出・編集されたテキストを、開発者のサーバーや外部のOCRサービスへ送信することはありません。
アプリが端末内に保存するデータや、ユーザーが書き出したファイルは、ユーザーの管理下にあります。保存先にクラウド同期フォルダを選択した場合、そのサービスの設定に従って同期されることがあります。
データ収集・広告・追跡
アプリの利用にアカウント登録は不要です。開発者は、アプリを通じて個人情報、利用状況、PDFの内容、OCR結果を収集しません。
アプリには、広告配信、アクセス解析、第三者による追跡、クラッシュ情報の外部送信を行うSDKを組み込んでいません。
アプリ内課金
アプリ内課金の決済はAppleが処理します。開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。アプリは、購入済み機能の利用および購入の復元のため、Appleが提供する購入状態の情報を利用します。Appleによる情報の取り扱いには、Appleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
お問い合わせ
お問い合わせの際に提供された氏名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容などは、回答と問題解決のために使用します。対応に必要な期間保管し、不要になった情報は適切に削除します。ただし、法令上の保存義務がある場合を除きます。

This policy explains how Engineer Labo (“the developer”) handles information in the macOS app PDF TateYoko OCR.
PDF Files and OCR Results
PDF reading and OCR processing take place locally on your Mac. PDF contents and extracted or edited text are not sent to the developer’s servers or external OCR services.
Data stored locally by the app and files you export remain under your control. If you choose a cloud-synced folder as a save location, files may be synced according to that service’s settings.
Data Collection, Advertising, and Tracking
No account registration is required. The developer does not collect personal information, usage data, PDF contents, or OCR results through the app.
The app does not include SDKs for advertising, analytics, third-party tracking, or external crash reporting.
In-App Purchases
Apple processes in-app payments. The developer does not receive payment details such as credit card numbers. The app uses purchase status information provided by Apple to enable purchased features and restore purchases. Apple’s handling of information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Support Requests
Information you voluntarily provide when contacting support, such as your name, email address, and message, is used to respond to your request and resolve issues. It is retained as needed for support and deleted when no longer necessary, except where retention is required by law.
